I have been working as a Lighting Cameraman/DoP for over 35 years now. Firstly I was staff at Channel Four TV before turning freelance in 1996. I am based in Yorkshire close to Leeds and Manchester and work all over the UK and the World. You can can get in touch on 07801 336440.

I own all my own kit including the Sony FX9, FX6 and FX3, lighting and grip, and regularly use a select group of sound recordists, focus pullers, grips and camera assistants. I started my career as lighting cameraman 35 years ago in 1990 when I joined Channel 4 Tv, working on Right To Reply which was one of the only programmes made in house at the time. I left there in 1996 and joined an American facility company based in London as a staff lighting cameraman. At the end of 1997 I took the jump and went freelance. Since 2007 I’ve been based in Yorkshire with my family after returning there after 21 years away in London

Since then I’ve amassed a massive amount of camera kit including all the popular cameras that productions require.
